RecommendedHighly recommend for beginners and experienced cross fitters alike! My husband attends regularly and loves it so I decided to go with. I must say Coach Maggie is amazing! She welcomed me with open arms and modified the WOD for me as a beginner. I was very impressed with the one on one coaching she displayed while having a full class as well as the support and encouragement I received from the other members. I can’t wait to go back for another visit soon!

What a gem in Waukesha. I was a drop in from Oklahoma. I own a crossfit box in OKC, Twice Bitten CrossFit. This one is small, intimate, friendly, welcoming. Check out if you want the homely family community feel. Coaches care and are hands on with high quality coaching. They have a large clean space with nice equipment as well.
