RecommendedI can't say enough how great this gym is and the owner, Maggie Ludwig, is simply one of the greatest people I know! They not only help you work on your physical body but the people and coaches have been such a great support system in all aspects in my life! Highly Recommend!!!

Really really cool Box with a warm-hearted and very helpful owner Maggie. There is a lot of open space to work out, it‘s very clean and well equipped. The best thing though is a good coaching, all friendly people and a extraordinary service for strangers like us :) I highly recommend to visit this box when you are in the Waukesha area!!

Thanks to Tim for having the Waukesha Pack 30 Webelos 4th grade den on Sunday! Tim taught the boys the importance of warming up, helped them set a 30 day exercise plan and was overall inspirational and patient! Many of the boys expressed interest in wanting more! Fitness and fun? No way! Doreen
While in town visiting family, I dropped in to do my weightlifting workout. The facility is well equipped and maintained with almost every type of Crossfit equipment you could hope for. Maggie the owner was super helpful and very knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. I observed one class while I was working out and the coach did a great job leading the class. I’ll definitely be visiting again.
It is a family everyone is supportive and positive
