Currently doing CF training sessions with Bryan & really enjoying it!!! Bryan is very knowledgeable & has taught me so much already! I really like the staff & the gym! Looking forward to progressing in my CF journey!
I am from Arkansas but was working on a project in Rome for almost 5 months and joined CFR! My experience was incredible! Jeff and his staff were wonderful and made me feel right at home! CFR will always hold a special place in my heart as it is where I started falling in love with CF!! I would highly recommend CFR to anyone living in or visiting the Rome area!! 💪🏼

Dropped in to work out when traveling and was 100% satisfied! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, members were very welcoming, and facility was awesome! Great experience!
