Great community, great coaches, great gym.
This place has fantastic and friendly coaches to teach you. Their knowledge of the exercises is beneficial. The friendly atmosphere is another reason why I go here.
I’ve loved my time so far with CFR! The coaching is what sold me, and the community and coaching is what keeps me coming back.
Dropped in today after a long drive from Maine. Donna was super friendly and an excellent trainer. The athletes were friendly and easy to talk to. The workout was challenging and the facility is excellent! Can't wait to get back there tomorrow!

I had to evacuate because of Hurricane Florence last week, and found myself in Rome, GA. I dropped in for a couple of days, and couldn't have been happier! The classes were great as well as the coaching. The people in the class were very friendly and welcoming. It felt as if I had been coming there for a while, even though it was just 2 days. The next time I am in town, I will definitely be dropping by again! Thank you guys so much for your hospitality! I really appreciate it!

Excellent gym. Coaches are the best - especially with an old man like Jimmy Gentry! The camaraderie is outstanding. Glad I'm a member.
