Great Coaches. Great facilities. Great community. We love this place!
Can’t express enough how much this place and these people have changed my view on fitness and myself, while becoming amazing friends that I will forever cherish. Wouldn’t want to workout anywhere else.
Been going to CFR for two years and couldn’t imagine our lives without CFR in it!! The coaches are awesome, always positive & motivating, and the CFR members have become like family. Blessed to be part of such a great community!! If you ever have time, come join in on the fun!!
So, about two weeks ago I was visiting the area from Fl and did a couple of drop-ins with CFR. I did the unbelievable 5:15 am class that blew me away as to how many people show up that early! Not to mention the coach's were amazing and took me in as one of their own as well as the members! I'd love to drop in time and time again! Definitely a box to call home if you're looking for one!
