Not your average gym. The vibes are high and the coaches are legit. Feels like you're working out with all your homies (plus pups) with jammin out to good music. 10/10 best gym in OBA
I came to Orange Beach for a week long vacation and was looking for a gym to work out in while I was visiting. I came across CrossFit Orange Beach, having never done CrossFit, and I thought I would give it a try. I ended up loving it and paying (what I thought was) an extremely reasonable drop-in rate for the week. I came every day! Dropped in for a few days while on vacation. Coaching was great. They write their own workouts which are challenging but very good. Classic CrossFit. Will definitely return when I come back!
This is an excellent gym. I just returned from a week-long vacation in Orange Beach where I dropped-in on several morning classes at CrossFit Orange Beach. I've been doing crossfit religiously for over 11 years now, and the coaching there is as good as any place I've been to. The head coach, John Tanner, did an amazing job and was incredibly helpful showing me several tricks to improve things I've been struggling with as of late (at 53 I have hit a few snags..).
