I've been coming for about two months now and can honestly say it's the best decision I've ever made. The amount of support you receive from not only the coaches, but those around you is tremendous. When you feel like you can't continue there is always someone helping you and cheering you on. I'm so thankful to be a part of something that has helped me to better myself and consequently those around me!

I got off the couch and joined this group of people. It was intimidating for about five minutes. Five minutes was all it took for people that were in great physical shape to tell me."Hey, we all started where you are. We are all here to help. Don't feel bad about anything just come have a good time. Trust the coaches and do your best. You will see a difference in what you think you can do and what you can actually do.
