I did a drop-in class while traveling from out of state. I was really nervous about trying a new "box," but I shouldn't have been. The staff members I met were so welcoming and kind and encouraging, and the other members were, too! Highly recommend.

This place is where I get back to balance! The coaches are amazing and the positive atmosphere is so contagious! I feel like a million bucks Everytime I finish a WOD! I recommend this CrossFit to everyone I know!

Unbelievable atmosphere. Members welcomed me without hesitation and made me feel like I had been there 100 times. Coaching staff is top notch and truly passionate about making each and every member a better person, both mentally and physically. If you are in the area and don't drop in, you are missing out on a great experience!
