History Established in 2011. CrossFit Nassau is the premier Crossfit gym in Central Jersey. We provide a general strength and conditioning program that utilizes weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and rowing to create physically well-rounded individuals. The program is comprised of group classes lead by our expert trainers. The focus of these classes is to get each student moving safely and efficiently. This gym is great! The coaching is awesome and all of the members are so welcoming and encouring!
Great coaches, community, and the right blend of competition and fun. The coaches are knowledgeable so if you need to scale anything or have an injury then they can help you train smart.

There's no place like CFN. I've moved, but was a member for 3 years+. Whenever I am in town, I find myself there, even if just to say "hi." This place is that special. The coaches, programing, and community are incomparable. I am a member at another box now, and it's good. But, this place will always be my crossfit home (away from home).
The coaches at CrossFit Nassau are stellar, and the programming is top-notch -- well thought out and there is a strategy behind it. The athletes support each other, welcomed me in right away. Crossfit Nassau is a true community. The location is great, in my opinion, there is plenty of equipment each class, and it is well maintained. I've made amazing improvements here; the atmosphere fosters continual improvement in many domains of fitness.
This place is fantastic. I love coming here because the community is so welcoming and the coaches are so knowledgeable and willing to work with any and all skill levels! This is my happy place �
