History Established in 2011. CrossFit Nassau is the premier Crossfit gym in Central Jersey. We provide a general strength and conditioning program that utilizes weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and rowing to create physically well-rounded individuals. CFN has been fantastic as I have visited a few weeks while traveling for work. The coaches are fantastic and I am enjoying the continued focused on skills and technique. The community is welcoming and there seems to be a good mix. You will not regret a pop-in or a sign up!
