There are 2 reasons I only gave them 4 Stars: 1.) they don’t serve beers after every workout, which is how my wife convinced me to go. (I can’t believe I FELL for that! But am GLD i did!!) 2.) This is only the second Box I’ve ever tried. So, with over 10k Boxes across these Fruited Plains, there HAS to (maybe) be ONE better than CFN. However, they would REALLY have to be on top of their game EVERY day, like they are at CFN. They’d have to hyper-supportive while breaking you down and building you back up. A truly great place. Everyone from the coaches to the members are a tremendous support system. Everyone is here for their own fitness goals and everyone pushes each other to achieve them. I’ve learned so much so far and seeing some great results,it’s only been s short amount of time into my fitness journey so it’s got me excited to keep going.

When I moved to the Princeton area, I tried out a few CrossFit boxes in the area, and this place got me right away. The coaches are great, paying attention to all members injuries or modifications needed, or advance any movement to make it more difficult for the elite athlete. Safety is #1. The members are very welcoming. The whole environment is inclusive and positive. I highly recommend CrossFit Nassau.
