We offer Individual & Personal Training in a Small Group setting. During every session you will be coached by a Crossfit Certified Trainer, ensuring proper form and safety. Each workout is custom scaled to your own fitness level and ability, so you can progress at your own pace. Coach Ethan and the members of CF Kinnick were AMAZING!! I was visiting from Vegas and did a drop in on Saturday, August 15th, and they welcomed me with open arms!!! Not only did they make me feel like a member, but it just goes to show you just how amazing the CrossFit community is, no matter where you are!!! Thank you for your hospitality... It was great to work out at the box housing the team ranked #26 in the world!!!

This place has become my second home. They have additional classes for Olympic lifting, strength, and running ! They also help with nutrition. They cover it all
Love everything about this box. You are pushed to challenge yourself and beat all self imposed limitations. Everyone is invested in helping you achieve your goals and it is truly a great place to workout.
