We offer Individual & Personal Training in a Small Group setting. During every session you will be coached by a Crossfit Certified Trainer, ensuring proper form and safety. RecommendedI visited Ontario for business and went to CFKinnick. I talked to Jeremy and he set me up for the clases. The Staff was very friendly (Andrew) and coach Kristy was great on the two WOD I did. Definitely will go again!!

This place is amazing!! Come in and learn about fitness and learning about yourself. They will push you to do your best. The Trainers are real cool 😎. My first workout was for FREE!! You have nothing to lose but weight!!
