The WOD's were tough and challenging and the trainers were helpful and welcoming! We worked out at CFJI while on vacation and I would highly recommend it! See ya next year!
We were staying on Folly Beach this week and had the opportunity to drop in and work out what a great community of athletes and trainers!! Nice to have a crossfit away from home to visit!
