Form and quality focused. Programming is intelligent but not overly complex. Coaches are fun, knowledgeable, and motivating. Facility on Pearson is the best I have ever been in.
This box has a great community atmosphere and everyone is accepting. The programming is great and all the coaches are awesome. The basics is great for newcomers to slowly integrate people to help prevent injuries.
11/15/15 marked one year working with the Crossfit DFW team. I would say the results would be no less than life changing. Over 50lbs down and my fitness level is beyond my college ball playing days. And more than fitness, I have found a supportive, fun community of friends. I even look forward to waking up and seeing all the crew at 530am. I cannot express well enough my thanks for this place.
