I own a Eatology Paleo-Zone (a meal delivery company) and was in town stopping by boxes meeting people. I reached out to CF DFW and everyone was so welcoming and excited to have us come in. The community was incredibly supportive of one another and held each other accountable to coming in. The facility itself is very nice and well kept in a cool building. It's a good box!

I've been here at Crossfit DFW for nearly two years now and absolutely love it! I've visited several boxes and none compare to this! The programming is diverse enough for both hard core Crossfitters to the beginner. LOTS of equipment and space! Coaching is TERRIFIC! You feel like you get personal training in EACH session. I've been to many Crossfit Boxes and nobody has it put together as well as Crossfit DFW does. The programming has me in much better shape and seeing great results in less time. The coaches know their stuff and can help you learn the technique so you're lifting more faster. Don't think you are going to come in and compete with the top athletes here, they are some of the best I've seen.

Amazing atmosphere where everyone can feel welcome. CFDFW is far more than just a gym, they are a supportive community who love to see everyone reach their goals.
