Very knowledgeable coaches and friendly athletes. CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of age (I am 50), athletic ability, or size. If you want to be a better you (by losing weight, getting stronger, improving cardiovascular health, or whatever) then check out CrossFit Champions. You'll be amazed at how even small accomplishments at the gym can improve other areas of your life. Seriously, you don't know what you're missing. Surround yourself with positive people and check this place out. I promise, you won't be disappointed.
