My husband and I dropped in for 2 classes this week and we just want to say thank you. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms and making us part of your community. The atmosphere felt like home and that is very important to both of us. The staff was kind and helpful and we will definitely come back for a workout the next time we are in town. CrossFit is my new addiction. I timidly started two months ago and today I feel better than ever before: stronger, more energized, motivated and focused, not to mentioned that my clothes fit me so much better. I started the 6 wks challenge on Oct. 3rd. and let me tell you that I have enjoyed every minute of it!!! The feeling of accomplishment every time after every workout put a spunk of energy in me!!! The positiveness to push me to further more my goal has made me want to come back for more. The Coaches are amazing!! I'm not brown nosing on this hahahaha!!!! They have the knowledge and skills to teach us what we need to know!! Don't take my word on it, Join and see that I'm not wrong!!!
