RecommendedI’m a CrossFit first timer invited by a friend. Even though I workout every day I was nervous. Joey and Anna were an absolute joy. Cheered me on, made me feel comfortable, and know what they are doing. I highly recommend Crossfit Champions. After refraining from dry heaving, it was the most fun I’ve had getting my butt kicked. Taking my teenagers back with me.
Great group of like minded people trying to get more fit and healthy. I have found a lot of support and camaraderie with everyone here. It is a great place to work out!

I highly recommend Crossfit Champions. I thought I would “test the water” with a Crossfit ramp up class and 2 years later I still love this place. Great coaching staff.
