I had the most fabulous massage experience today with Anna... She incorporated facia blasting, cupping (my favorite!) and traditional massage techniques into 90 minutes of pure BLISS! I’ve enjoyed range of motion and release that I haven’t experienced in years. I’m pretty darn sure her hands are made of magic and healing light, because it was the best massage ever. Treat yourself! �

The workout was awesome. It was my first time attending a crossfit class, and Tiffany made me feel like I could accomplish anything. I am so sore today, but it is a healthy way of knowing I'm on the path to being in better shape. I highly recommend it. Thank you.
