I honestly can't say enough good things about this place!!! Jared is a Phenomenal coach. He is more then willing to take the extra time of day to help coach you to help build the better you, weather it's with mindset or the ability to properly do whats necessary . Every one knows I am not a fan of what Cross Fit has become. Coach Jared Leeper is doing Cross Fit as it should be. Making people stronger, suppler, and healthier. With Coach Leeper knowledge and his desire to never stop learning I will stake my reputation that you will not find a better Cross Fit Facility in Oregon!
I'm new to this gym and to crossfit. This is an amazing, and encouraging place! The staff and members are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind!
In personal training. First 90 days results from workout only, no diet restrictions just basic eating suggestions, with vitamin & mineral supplements only: 3.5% body fat reduction. 2 clothing sizes.
