This is a great facility! Wonderful community to drop into and a great coaching staff. They have a full service nutrition bar and dedicated physical therapist if you are in need. I recommend this box for its community and welcoming spirit. I had a lot of fun dropping in to the space.I will definitely be back! Thank you all at CFBYB

I just want to say what an awesome place this is. The culture, the coaches and members are among the finest. The staff is well trained, knowledgeable and exemplifies what you are looking for as an athlete. There is a masseuse and nutritional practitioner on-site and multiple connections within the community for health and fitness related needs. This is hands down the best place to get stronger, feel better and see an all around change in your life. The coaches are the best and the athletes are all so encouraging. I started my Crossfit journey about 10 months ago, having never done much athletically before I felt intimidated before starting. That quickly changed as the members are all so awesome and encouraging, every milestone is celebrated. Love this place!
CrossFit BYB is awesome! I went for the first time today and everyone was so welcoming and the workout was great! I'll definitely be joining and am looking forward to being a part of the community!
