Cliff Springston has a done a great job of cultivating a culture of excellence and effort at his box. Every member I have met has made progress each and every day they come in.
I started a month ago and I am already seeing results. Best workout ever with awesone support from the group and trainers (they will push you to the limit). Ask for Cliff, this guy is a crossfit pro!
