It's always a bit awkward dropping into a new box but CF Addison is a very friendly and hospitable gym. The coaches were helpful and they make it super easy to sign in. @crossfit would be happy to know this gym reps the sport well. Thanks to the staff and athletes, this will be the box I visit when I'm in DFW from now on.

I had an awesome experience during my time with Crossfit Addison! As a first time crossfitter, all of the coaches were very helpful and ensured that I learned proper technique! I was constantly challenged and although only there for 1 month, I definitely saw improvements in strength and endurance.
I joined this box two months ago and LOVE it. The coaches and members are truly welcoming. They encourage you to push for your best everyday, but more importantly, they constantly provide feedback to take care of your body. I enjoy being a part of this group and recommend this box to anyone who is considering joining CFA.

Not only is CFA a great place to work out but it's a great place to gather with friends and community! The owners truly care about you inside and outside the box. I might be a little bias, but the best box in DFW!
Drop in for a couple days. Great atmosphere. Very relaxed and laid back. Would recommend this gym to anyone. Thanks for the hospitality. Much appreciated.
