Attended a CrossFit Endurance Seminar at CFA. Cliff is very knowledable and runs a good program! Highly recommend this box if you are traveling through or if you live in the Dallas area and looking to start CrossFit!

I had never done crossfit before until stepping into Crossfit Addison and was happy to have so much help on making sure I got correct form from the get go.... Coming from an athletic background I wanted to push myself right away but Cliff made sure I had proper movements before letting me jump in.
