Visiting from Kentucky. Excellent WOD (500 m row, 150 DU, 25 dead lifts (275 lbs) 25 ttb). Friendly atmosphere. Very supportive.
Great location and facility, excellent coaching, and friendly, competitive athletes. Awesome stuff.
CFA is the BEST box I have ever been to. Everyone is so nice and helpful, and the coaches are very knowledgable and always put safety as their #1 priority. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a great workout!!
