Today was my first day ever in CrossFit all I’ve ever done was weight train! Absolutely loved the environment and the people are great supper supportive! I’ve definitely found my new addiction!
Wonderful group of people! Very helpful and motivating!!! Makes me sad I’m not from Abilene to continue working out with this great group of athletes!!
