I dropped in to CFA while visit Abilene. Very spacious facility with great coaching and ownership. I could tell by the first email response to my inquiry that this was a well run, very professional Box. The people are amazing, very welcoming and friendly. This is one of the best boxes I've dropped in to!!!
My wife and I started CrossFit unsure of whether or not we could really do it. The coaches were essential in us feeling comfortable with the workouts and scaling for us as beginners. Since then, we’ve gotten better at the workouts and closer to the CrossFit Abilene community. I was never one to just walk into a gym and be able to do workouts on my own. My husband and I were looking for something different from the globo gym atmosphere so we went to the intro class at CFA almost a year ago and haven’t looked back! It has been so beneficial to us not just physically, but we have made some good friends as well! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Dropped in on the noon class while visiting Abilene. James was coaching and the other athlete's made me feel like I was back at my Crossfit box in Dallas. Very friendly and hospitable membership and coaches. Thanks for a great WOD...I'll be back next time in town!
