Best decision I ever made.
Since day one this place has felt like home. The trainers are right with you every step of the way and very strict on technique which is great! The members here are like one big family and we push each other every day to give it 110%. My day isn't complete until I hit 978, this place has become a big part of my life! It's only been a little over three months and due to the help of the trainers and other members who help push me and offer tips and criticism I've seen huge gains in strength and mobility.
Best thing I ever did for myself.
