Dropped in for a few days while away on a business trip. They have an amazing facility and knowledgeable coaches! I had a blast and learned a few things in just those 3 evening sessions!
I love CrossFit 978 and Leo Piro is the best coach ever! I have never belonged to a gym before and so glad this is where I landed. I would (and do) recommend that everyone go here! I love that every workout is different and I never know what I am in for! Thanks Leo for pushing me to try my hardest!

Crossfit 978 is my box away from home! Brian is amazing and I have never felt so welcome at a box that I only drop into a few times a year when I am in town visiting family. Thank you for always welcoming me abd treating me like family!!
I started at 978 about two months ago. I belonged to another gym but never felt like I belonged. The atmosphere at 978 is friendly, encouraging and challenging - the perfect mix. I can't see myself working out anywhere else now.
I have to say that I've never felt like I completely fit in anywhere or with anything, but this gym, feels like home. I haven't come across one person that was unfriendly, everyone here wants to see others do great and excel. I'm so happy that I joined crossfit 978, I really am.
