Great gym with super friendly people and coaches I drop in every chance I get
Push your limits and do things you never thought you could do. Excellent trainers who push you when you need to be pushed, and scale you back when you need to scale back. If you want to see amazing changes in yourself, come see what its all about.
What sets this gym apart from others, is the trainers. They really care about your progress and helping you reach your goals. The intro to crossfit program (on ramp) REALLY helps you master the technique before you add weight or hurt yourself. Overall, one of the best descisions ive made to join and workout there. Thanks guys!
