Bubs, Gret,Frank and Jason bring it every day at 5:30am.
Recently dropped in for a WOD this past Saturday - what an organized, well-run box! Trainers Katie and Brandon were friendly, easy-going and informed. As a long-time crossfitter, I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone!
