I'm so thankful I joined 120 after years of hearing about the gym. I've been to alot of CF gyms since starting in 2007, and this gym reminds me of why people join CF. The programming is challenging to all levels which provides the opportunity for advanced and newer members alike to have a solid workout within their skillset preventing injury. I have found the place for me! I was looking for a welcoming place that could help coach me and push me and Crossfit 120 has offered that since day one! The coaches are friendly and always take time to explain the correct form, exactly what I wanted and needed, and answer any silly question I may have. I have fallen in love with Crossfit, and only have been in it for 3 months, but mostly have fallen in love with the Crossfit 120 family!
