CrossFit 1013 is an incredibly welcoming gym with knowledgeable and patient coaches and supportive and caring members; both have become my friends. I have been going here for about two years. However, since last September I have really invested time in improving myself and have seen the results in spades. I love this gym has changed my life
I must say it's a pleasure to be around people who only motivate and help me do better. The coaches are awesome and they have done nothing but encourage and push me to do better! Love the fact that there's no lockers or mirrors. Totally not a gym which is awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. Not only are the coaches great, but the other people who attend this place have been encouraging and welcoming to me. Crossfit 1013 YOU ROCK!
