Love this place and these people. The coaches offer great instruction and scaling and the box is full of amazing cheerleaders. No intimidation factor here - just support and encouragement.

I've come along way since I began in March 2015. I've learned that I need to be patient because progress takes time. I feel really good about myself physically & mentally. I would have never pushed myself physically like this without Crossfit! Thank you Liliana, Norberto & all the other coaches for all the things you have taught me!
