I absolutely recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape and become part of a great fitness community. I started working out here back around late October, and I have definitely noticed results. Plus, the trainers are fantastic. They really care about your success and are wonderfully encouraging and willing to help you with problem areas/movements/techniques/etc. Very informative and knowlegeable. I'm so thankful for everything they've done for me thus far. Highly recommended - Life changing! Give it a shot!
