The people at CrossRoads Harley-Davidson are wonderful. Micah helped my husband Roger with a great ride and they treat all of us like family. All of the staff are great from the service department to parts dept. or new clothes to ride in.
Very welcoming when you walk in the door in all departments, sales, parts and service. They always have what ever I need IN STOCK.
They are great!!!!!!! Very helpful and caring. Excellent customer service! When we walk in the door, we are greeted by name & immediately asked if we need help looking for something. They will help pick out special gifts and/or something for ourselves. Karen always helps me decide which T-shirts to buy.
