My Mary Jo and I drove the long way and got there mid afternoon today. Micah met us as we walked in and was very inviting and not pushy very helpful. Shea helped MJ with fitting a helmet and glasses and boots. Everyone we met Mike, Sherry, Marty everyone including the customers were very friendly, helpful and educational.
Great place. Mike, the owner, was really friendly. Arnie, in service, helped me with a key fob issue. His knowledge made the difference. Everyone smiled and was helpful. Kudos to the team at Crossroads for a really nice dealership. The soup and sandwich girls were a hoot!
