Jane Marie is one #amazing skin expert who even as she’s quietly assessing your skin, is chatting away like a good girlfriend. When Jane Marie burned my face and left a still apparent mark. Cross should have given me complimentary treatment to remove the mark. She never even followed up .
I see JaneMarie for my skincare. When i leave the office, I feel like i cannot wipe the smile from my face because i feel so good. She is very knowledgeable and warm and I would recommend her 100%. I just had a consult with Dr. Cross for a procedure to fix some horrible scarring and am feeling very confident in my decision. His entire staff treated me with respect and dignity! Looking forward to giving another review post-op :)

I've had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Cross many years ago (2011) and the results are still as fantastic as in the beginning. I loved his calm, gentle, no-nonsense approach during my initial consult. I have seen my friends go to other surgeons hoping for the same results as mine for cheaper, but my friends' results all end up looking somewhat okay to terrible. You get what you pay for, so if you want someone who was trained from the very beginning to be the best, you go to Dr. Cross.
