My first visit to Cross Creek was exceptional. Megan made me feel as if I've always been going to this dental office. Did everything she could to make sure that the insurance that I DID NOT bring with me was qualified to help with my needs. The dentist Dr. Josh Rowell, I feel I could call by his first name due to the family atmosphere, was exceptional also. I lost a large filling in a tooth. Great experience. Got teeth cleaned and went back for crown. Crown done in one sitting made on site . Great job. Glad to have Josh in Lorena..
Had such a wonderful experience. Tooth extraction with NO pain. I was so nervous, but for no need. They made the whole thing as pleasant as can be, and I couldnt be more thankful for Cross Creek Dental!
I'm soooo impressed with Cross Creek Dental in Lorena. I could not believe the technology they had. They used a computer and scanner to measure for a crown that they made right there while I waited. Usually you have to wait at least two weeks and wear a temporary, but not here!!! Didn't even have to do an impression with that nasty stuff! It was a perfect fit, didn't have to do a thing but glue it on! If it's possible to be happy about a dentist, I'm happy about a dentist.. Lol. Thanks Dr. Josh.
