I can't say enough nice things about Melanie, Alli and Dr. Rowell. I was seriously nervous about the appointment, but Melanie greeted me so warmly, it put me at ease. She is very professional and helpful with insurance claims. Alli was super sweet and friendly as she took X-rays and assisted with the procedure. The problem I had required a crown which Dr. R made the same day and I walked out with a permanent crown - no temporary fix. Dr. Rowell makes sure you are comfortable as he works. my first visit I felt like I knew them already. Maghan is friendly and has a great personality. Dr. Rowell made sure my son was comfortable before he began the cleaning. My son is 15 and come to find out they have things in common when it comes to music I also had a good experience. Dr. Rowell also made sure I was comfortable and made sure I tell him if or when he hurts me. LOL He' has good manners, kind and I truly recommend Cross Creak Dental in Lorena . You will walk out with a smile.
