Everyone I have met at Cross Creek Dental is so kind! Dr. Chaparro truly cares about his patients well being, he checked on me after hours after my dental surgery. Brandy and the other assistants helped to keep my anxiety at bay and were so kind.
Y’all these people do not get enough credit. I was in horrible pain and I called their number and received a call back. Had an appt at 9:30PM. Yup that’s right a Sunday night to tend to my tooth pain! Thank y’all so much!
We literally just left here! My husband came in for a first time apt with pain in a tooth that needed to be removed. Not only did the dentist give us great information about what needed to be done, but he also made sure our concerns and questions were answered beforehand. His level of professionalism and friendliness was amazing! We felt at ease and between the Doctor and the wonderful lady assisting we felt that “at home” feeling that’s so hard to find nowadays! I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable. It was the best dental experience I’ve had and I’m not nervous about future visits now. I highly recommend CCD!! 5+stars
I got excellent care today from the whole staff. Dr. Joe is the bomb. They fix the problem and not try to rob your pockets with add ones and unnecessary things. After 10 years of looking and a lot of duds I have found a dentist I like. Try them out... they are great.
My husband and I started with Cross Creek today and were pleasantly surprised. It was a beautiful office and a very knowledgeable staff.
