I hate living here and I am so excited about the day we can leave! The pros: Its cheap. The cons: People park in your assigned parking spot, management refuses to give a receipt for rent payments, there was a body found in the canal directly behind our building, the trash fills up fast and it is the worst smell ever, the laundry machines require a special card that you have to purchase and every single dryer requires at least 2 times for even the smallest load of laundry to get dry, management loves to leave rude and intimid... read more
love it I have lived here almost 2 years and love it. It is close to shopping and walk to anything I need.
