Cross Creek I love living in this community, it’s a clean environment and very quiet place. If there are any maintence issues, they are resolved in a timely manner. The staff Alex and Liz are very helpful and go above and beyond. I would highly recommend living here.

Cross creek living I really enjoy living here. It’s a very friendly and family oriented environment. It’s very well kept and clean. If there are any maintence issues, it’s rectified in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this community. Also the management is very nice and helpful
Horrible Place to Call HOME Don't move here, nothing ever gets done and when it does you have to go through loops to get it done. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. They also have horrible customer service and close your requests without your knowledge or never show up and you have to be on them for them to complete things. Why should we do that? Why treat renters this way? Don't waste your time or money go elsewhere. Unless a major change is made by upper management this will continue down hill here.

Nice Place I've lived here 5 months. Overall it's a quiet place. I love that they have a separate pool for adults only to enjoy instead of having to go to the family pool. It has a beautiful walk/run/bike trail behind the complex along the canal. Staff are very responsive to any requests or anything that needs to be fixed. Close to everything and right on bus route. Several beaches less than 10 miles away. Only negative is garbage fills quickly and smells, but maintance does good job of regularly having it removed.... It's F... read more
Fun to live there I lived there for a year and had a great experience. Shopping within walking distance, staff was friendly and courteous, and was there when I needed them. All in all it was a pleasure to live there. Mike
Cross Creek Could do much better. They did a bad job with the painting of the place. You can tell things were just covered up instead of been fixed.
Awesome Place for anyone to make there Home. This is a Lovely place for any single Family/or a single person to live ,Lovely track to walk in the Morning/evening along the water nice many shopping very close by Super Walmart, Publix , Schools, Library and the Police station, the staff is helpful if u need anything to be done in your apartment,many friendly people /many kids to play with your Children so they will not be alone,The stores are in walking distance just great many Awesome things to do,,Also the Church for everyon... read more
I hate living here and I am so excited about the day we can leave! The pros: Its cheap. The cons: People park in your assigned parking spot, management refuses to give a receipt for rent payments, there was a body found in the canal directly behind our building, the trash fills up fast and it is the worst smell ever, the laundry machines require a special card that you have to purchase and every single dryer requires at least 2 times for even the smallest load of laundry to get dry, management loves to leave rude and intimid... read more
