After being over charged for my co-pay, it has now been over 2 months, and I have yet to see a refund. I have called numerous times, and was given the poorest customer service I have ever seen. After the 5th time of calling, the representative on the phone had the worst attitude, and told me that the owner would be in contact with me the next day. Obviously, that never happened. I have never been treated so poorly by an office supposedly dedicated to making people better. There was never an attempt to fix the issue.
I had never been to a chiropractor before and was kinda nervous the first time but everyone has been do nice, friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr stock at Crosby chiropractic is fantastic. She's treated myself, as well as my son. Takes her time and ensures she's got the problem correctly diagnosed.
From the moment you walk into the clinic to the time you walk out, you feel welcomed, at ease, and truly cared for. The entire staff are sincerely interested in your total well being! I highly recommend this clinic for any of your needs you may need.
Crosby Chiropractic is an amazing place. They have helped so much with all my aches and pains. The massage therapist are awesome. They are even helping my son who has adhd and autism. Thanks guys

Wow Wow Wow!! If you are new to town or just looking for a new Chiropractor give Crosby Chiropractic and Acupunture a try you will not be disappointed. I was in a car accident in July and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Scott Godwin has been able to make that pain a lot less. My children also get adjusted and Dr. Godwin is soooooo great with my kids. They are very energetic and he doesn't really mind. He's very personable! I would recommend him or any of the other chiropractors for pain management. We love this place! Dr. Stock rocks! I am a patient, as well as my husband and 13-year old son. We have conquered back aches, leg aches, foot aches and headaches. We have even had success with acupuncture for migraines. Everyone at Crosby is so nice and encouraging. And they can usually get you in quickly when you're in pain. I recommend Dr. Stock and the team at Crosby to everyone I know.
