Dr. Bowling is so attentive to my needs and gives comprehensive care. I tell everyone about this place. I am so impressed!
After being over charged for my co-pay, it has now been over 2 months, and I have yet to see a refund. I have called numerous times, and was given the poorest customer service I have ever seen. After the 5th time of calling, the representative on the phone had the worst attitude, and told me that the owner would be in contact with me the next day. Obviously, that never happened. I have never been treated so poorly by an office supposedly dedicated to making people better. There was never an attempt to fix the issue.
I had never been to a chiropractor before and was kinda nervous the first time but everyone has been do nice, friendly and knowledgeable.
Crosby Chiropractic is an amazing place. They have helped so much with all my aches and pains. The massage therapist are awesome. They are even helping my son who has adhd and autism. Thanks guys
We love this place! Dr. Stock rocks! I am a patient, as well as my husband and 13-year old son. We have conquered back aches, leg aches, foot aches and headaches. We have even had success with acupuncture for migraines. Everyone at Crosby is so nice and encouraging. And they can usually get you in quickly when you're in pain. I recommend Dr. Stock and the team at Crosby to everyone I know.
Crosby is the coolest. They have everything there to keep you well and excellent people to help you when you are not. The aroma alone makes me feel better. The staff are helpful and everyone is very friendly. Dr. Gross has relieved me of major pain...more than once. He has my full confidence. Just a great place to go.
If I could give them 10 stars I would! Dr. Godwin has helped me deal with a lot of pain and Katherine the massage massage therapist is outstanding! I can't forget the awesome receptionists!
