"This facility sucks". The women working in billing department are very unprofessional. They make you pay co-pay for annual physical claiming it as annual+office visit even if you are eligible for free annual with your insurance. They are very rude if you ask for any clarification and even say you don't need to see the doctor if you don't like our policy.
The office staff constantly is screwing up the copays, then sending nasty calls and letters about paying them the copays, when they were the ones who made the mistake. A prescription will run out. The pharmacy will call them for the auto refill, and the office will not call the pharmacy back. Once you eventually call the office they will tell you it's because you needed a physical to renew the prescription. You will say that's fine, no problem, but why didn't you just call me and tell me that, or at least tell the pharmacy t... read more
Dr. Kevin Cronin pays attention to every little thing I tell him and addresses all my concerns.
I have been going to Dr. Cronin for over 10 years and every time I see him he is quick to follow up on every health issue I've had in the past and listens carefully to my current conditions. Whether he has a remarkable memory or takes great notes (both I'm sure) doesn't matter to me. The bottom line is that I feel very confident in my care. I think the best part is the time he takes to explain things in a way that I can understand.
What a horrible human being Dr. Cronin of Cronin Medical Group He doesn't honor his Hippocratic oath. My husband has high blood pressure and high cholesterol. My husband made over 200 thousand dollars a year. Has gone to this doctor for 7 years. Last year he lost his job dealing with the government was new to us. We bounced 1 check to this 'doctor' I gave them my information so it would never happen again. This disgusting human being dropped my husband right before his prescription are due.
It was my first visit, which is very nerve racking. It was a pleasure to meet and visit with Dr. Cronin. He immediately put me at ease. A very dear friend had recommended him as my doctor left her practice and moved to another location. I was apprehensive, at my age of 73, it is not easy to begin again. He is fabulous. A very caring, sweet human being. He put me at ease, talked with me at length about my well being and we ended our first visit I believe on a very good level.
I have had auto-immune problems since I was 26. I'm now 45 so half my life, I've lived with Crohn's Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis and all of the pain, discomfort and embarrassment that goes along with it. So many doctors that I see are condescending and seem to think somehow I've had this disease for 20+ years and am clueless about it. Dr. Cronin once told me I probably know more about Crohn's Disease than most gastroenterologists. The reason I adore Dr. Cronin is that he LISTENS.
