Dr. Cronin is very patient and really takes his time when listening to any and all of my concerns during each visit. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and if any additional testing is needed for me, he refers me for the proper testing if it cannot be performed at the office. I have seen Dr. Cronin for several years now and I highly recommend him.
Dr Cronin takes time with his patients. He is very knowledgeable and always gives you all the information you need, without treating you as inferior to him. He never acts like he has somewhere else to be and he definitely treats you with respect.
I have a bad history with the medical system. My experience with Dr. Cronin was very refreshing. I got an appointment quickly. I got in for a follow up quickly. Wait times were great for today’s standards. Dr. Cronin took time to listen to all my concerns, Explains things in depth, And made me feel like I had control of my care. I have never had such a positive medical experience.
Visit was scheduled for the following week. Dr. was attentive and explained to me in detail.I was see on time. no waiting. Re fills RX's as needed. Test results were back to me in reasonable amount of time

Dr. Cronin is a very thorough professional, pleasant and knowledgeable physician. He is a great educator and really listens to your concerns. The front desk staff and the other health care providers at Urban care provide excellent care. Blood draw was totally painless. I would recommend this practice and especially Dr. Cronin for medical care to my friends and family.
I've been seeing Dr. Cronin for 10 plus years. He's an outstanding PCP and genuinely cares about you as a patient. He's very easy to talk to and I never feel rushed during appointments.
Dr. Cronin is very condescending and rude at times. Didn't appreciate him laughing at my questions. I had Covid recently and the nurses refused to answer any of my questions, schedule a telehealth appointment or prescribe asthma medication so that I could stay away from the ER. They just kept referring me to the ER. I ended up in the hospital with a large bill. All could have been avoided by having a doctor and staff that cared.
