We went in for a visit after being to several other lots in several different states and just could not find what we wanted. Not only did I get to look at the vehicle I had came in to see but they had several different vehicles similar for me to view. We even drove to another lot to look at some more. My fiance and I bought our first van yesterday from here and we couldn't be more pleased with the over all experience! I purchased a vehicle here a few days ago. While purchasing the new vehicle I was offered a pretty offensive amount for my trade, much below KBB value. Luckily, I was able to negotiate to a more reasonable number. However, a few days later I get a phone call advising me that I told them the wrong payoff amount on my trade in. While I did provide them the loan balance instead of the payoff amount (small difference due to interest), they somehow wrote down the number wrong that I gave them.
