i can say with my whole heart (and wallet) that Don Franklin Nicholasville is hands down the BEST place to purchase as well as service a vehicle. to start, i was in a pinch to even get a vehicle a little over two years ago, an accident totaled my cadillac and i needed a vehicle stat. the sales staff worked with me patiently and respectfully. i also opted for Don Franklins powertrain warranty just for extra security- and more importantly- it was an inexpensive add on to my vehicle purchase i could afford. fast forward to toda... read more

Had my car serviced here and they were great. Had a small issue with the last place I took my car so I brought it to the dealership to have it checked out more thoroughly. They went above and beyond to help me get the issue fixed. I’ve never had a dealership be more flexible to help me and at a good price! Normally I feel like dealerships charge more but after checking around they were competitively priced which I greatly appreciated. I was blatantly lied to by this dealership. I had an offer in writing and then refused to honor it. Then blocked me from their social media page because I told people about it. Steer clear. Real shady place. I wouldn’t trust them for anything! 0/5 stars.
